About the SAT

The SAT is a college entrance exam used by most colleges and universities to assess readiness for college-level work. Your SAT score is a major factor in college admissions, so it’s important to prep to achieve your best score. The SAT exam tests your skills in math, reading, and writing, and includes an optional essay.

  • How much does a 30-hour SAT course cost?
    18.000.000 VND (as of May 5, 2020)
  • I got 1090 in the SAT. Is it possible to get 1200+ after a 30-hour course?
Yes. It’s a reasonable goal if you study hard
  • When should I start preparing for the SAT?
If you are a high school student, the earliest we recommend that you start preparing is the summer between grade 10 and grade 11. If you are contemplating taking the SAT you should start preparing now.
  • How long should I study for the SAT?
It depends on three main factors: your starting point, the scores you are hoping to get and the total hours you can actually spend on studying SAT per week. Our students, who have never studied for the SAT, usually spend 12 to 20 weeks of prep.
  • I missed a class and want to make it up. Is there a way to do that?
Yes. There will be a make-up class for those who were missing. This is what our One-to-One SAT course is all about. Schedules can be customized, based on availability, for time of day or evening that work best for you.
  • Which one should I start studying first, the SAT or the IELTS?"
The language of the SAT is English. If your English skills are at Intermediate level, you can start studying SAT. If your English skills are at Basic level, you should focus on improving your English skills first.
  • Which is easier? IELTS or SAT?
IELTS and SAT are two different tests for two different purposes. IELTS is a test of your English skills. SAT assesses your college readiness, measuring your general educational skills, such as grammar, math, writing and reading comprehension. There is a reading section in the IELTS. There is a reading section in the SAT. Generally, IELTS reading is comparatively easier than the reading passages of SAT.
